One Quarter Beef
Reserve YOUR beef today. Leonard Land and Livestock 100% grass fed beef. We sell our beef directly to our customers. No middle man. That way you know what you're getting and we as the farmers maximize our profits. This keeps us on the farm producing for you, so we can do business again in the future. Our beef is processed at a local butcher (The Country Butcher Shop in Palmyra, MO) and USDA certified.
In order to reserve your beef, a $150.00 Deposit is due. Final price due on November 30, 2023)
The price we charge is by Hanging Carcass Weight (HCW). Hanging Carcass Weight is the weight of the beef once the hide, head, hoofs and organs have been removed, BUT prior to cutting the individual steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc. Our hanging Carcass Weights will be around 100 – 150 LBS on the average. NOTE: Additional butcher fees and USDA fees still apply. You are paying me, the farmer for my work in the process. The other fees are due to the processor at time of pickup.
